  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • Pinch of salt

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8–10 minutes.
  • Whisk egg yolks, then combine with orange juice, zest, condensed milk, and salt. Pour into cooled crust.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until the filling is set. Cool for 30 minutes, then chill for 4+ hours.
  • Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla to soft peaks. Spread or pipe onto chilled pie. Garnish as desired.
