- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced

- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- Optional: Pita chips, fresh parsley, lemon wedges
Instructions
- Cook the gyro meat or protein until heated or fully cooked.
- Prepare the veggies: chop lettuce, slice tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
