Description
Grasshopper Ice Cream Pie is an easy and delicious dessert. A chocolate cookie crust filled with mint ice cream and topped with hot fudge, Cool Whip and cookies!
Ingredients
- 1 chocolate cookie crust
- 1.5 quarts mint ice cream
- 1 cup Hot fudge sauce
- 8 Mint Oreo Cookies
- 2 cups Cool Whip
Instructions
- Fill cookie crust with ice cream.
- Cover top of ice cream with desired amount of Cool Whip
- Place cookies in a plastic freezer bag and use a rolling pin to break up the cookies.
- Cover top of Cool Whip with chopped cookies
- Drizzle top of pie with hot fudge sauce
- Freeze until firm and ready to serve.
