Ingredients
8 small tortillas (flour or corn)
1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend)
Olive oil spray
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground cumin
Pinch of salt and black pepper
(Optional) 1 cup cooked shredded chicken or black beans
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Warm tortillas slightly to prevent cracking.
In a bowl, mix cheese with spices (and optional chicken/beans).
Place 2 tbsp of filling on each tortilla and roll tightly.
Spray the tops lightly with olive oil and place seam-side down in the air fryer.
Air fry for 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with salsa, guacamole, or your favorite dips.
