Description
These air fryer cinnamon roll bites are golden-crisp on the outside, gooey and soft inside, and ready in under 10 minutes. Perfect for a quick breakfast, dessert, or party snack—no oven needed!
Ingredients
For the Bites:
1 can Pillsbury cinnamon rolls (or homemade dough)
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp melted butter
1–2 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for gooey texture)
Optional Filling or Topping:
2 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes.
Cut cinnamon roll dough into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll dough pieces in the mixture.
Optionally drizzle heavy cream over the bites for added softness.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
Drizzle glaze over warm bites or serve on the side for dipping.
Notes
For stuffed bites, add a bit of cream cheese filling before air frying.
You can freeze bites after cooling and reheat for 2–3 minutes in the air fryer.
Try different flavor twists like pumpkin spice or mini chocolate chips!
